How does the free trial work?+

The 14 day trial gives you access to the full platform with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can continue on a paid plan or your account is paused with your data preserved.

How do volume discounts work?+

Discounts unlock automatically once your account passes each user threshold, from 10% at 21 users all the way to 50% at 500 plus users. Talk to sales for a concrete number against your seat count.

Do you offer non profit or education discounts?+

Yes. Registered non profits, universities, and government bodies receive an additional discount on top of volume pricing. Contact our team with proof of status.

Can we run a paid pilot before signing a longer contract?+

Yes. We frequently run 30 to 90 day pilots with paying customers who want to validate the platform on real projects before a longer commitment.

Does ProjectOneStop integrate with our existing tools?+

Yes. ProjectOneStop offers an open REST API for integrating with the systems your team uses. Get in touch to discuss your specific requirements or a custom integration.

What does onboarding include?+

A dedicated onboarding lead, configured environment, data migration support from your previous tools, and training sessions for admins, project managers, and contributors.

Where is my data stored?+

Data is hosted in EU data centres with full GDPR compliance. Enterprise customers can request other regions or on premise deployment.

Is on premise deployment available?+

Yes. On premise and private cloud deployments are available on the Enterprise plan.

What support do I get?+

Email support is included with every plan. Individual & Teams plans add priority support with same business day response. Enterprise adds 24/7 premium support and a dedicated account manager.
